Gwen Norton

She had a solo exhibition, “Landscapes and Other Images,” at the Feldman Family Art Space on Martha’s Vineyard in and has been in several group exhibitions. In November 2019, Norton was in a two-person exhibition showcasing stark and lonely landscapes from the Bolivian High Desert. The show was accompanied by a limited-edition book entitled The Road to Potosí. Her book was the Best in Show Winner at the Western States Print Alliance in 2020 and is in the library of the Whitney Museum of American Art.Norton’s work is in the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital Permanent Art Collection, the collection of the Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies, and several private collections.
She lives in New York City and Martha’s Vineyard with her husband, Peter Norton.
