SPONSORS
We would like to recognize the generosity of our sponsors and corporate donors who support FAPE’s mission of cultural diplomacy through art.
Darren Walker, FAPE Vice President, with Anne Finucane, former Global Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Bank of America
FAPE is pleased to honor Bank of America for their extraordinary support of FAPE as its official sponsor since 2011. Thanks to their annual gift, FAPE has added 15 editions to our Original Print Collection and 14 to our Photography Collection. They have also graciously contributed to the publishing and framing of these works, which are available to Ambassadors and State Department personnel at no cost to the government. Bank of America has joined us in our most significant cultural diplomacy work by ensuring the success of 14 artist commissions at U.S. Embassies from Kingston, Jamaica to Beijing, China.
Bank of America’s support of the arts globally, through a wide range of nonprofit organizations, makes a significant impact. Their funding and programming help make the arts more accessible to communities and their efforts to preserve art and heritage sites around the world guarantee they are available for future generations.
FAPE is eternally grateful to Bank of America for their deep commitment to our public-private partnership with the State Department and our joint cultural diplomacy efforts. Nothing would be possible without them. We salute Brian Moynihan, Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the bank’s philanthropic and arts leadership.
Gemini G.E.L.LLC has been extremely supportive of FAPE, contributing the publishing of 10 print editions to our Original Print Collection. Founded in 1966, Gemini is an artists’ workshop and publisher of limited edition prints and sculptures. At Gemini, the artists do all of the drawing or carving directly onto the printing elements. The edition is hand-printed by Gemini’s master printers, and each print is signed and numbered by the artist as well as embossed with the Gemini ‘chop.’ Gemini has collaborated with more than 60 highly accomplished artists in lithography, etching, screen printing, woodcut and a variety of sculptural materials.
Since 2014, Christie’s has been a great supporter of FAPE. They have been the sponsor of our exhibition at Guild Hall as well as the FAPE Circle and our dinner at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. Christie’s generously provided an appraisal of FAPE’s Collection pro-bono in 2017.
Since 2014, BNY Mellon Wealth Management has been a Supporting Sponsor of FAPE. Their gift ensures the success of our Annual Events, which honors the artists who make our program possible.
FAPE is grateful to the National Gallery of Art and its staff for their years of support. By partnering with the National Gallery, we have been able to introduce our artists and program to a new audience through our Sharon Percy Rockefeller Panel Presentation.
